Whipped Peanut Frosting
Recipe by Andros Nutritious Delicious
- 75g dairy-free spread
- 250g smooth peanut butter
- 120g icing sugar
- 1 x 100g pot Natural Nutritious Delicious
- 25g dark dairy-free chocolate, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.Put all the ingredients in a medium bowl and, preferably using an electric whisk, whip everything together until light, fluffy and smooth. Spoon into a bowl, cover and keep chilled.
The perfect topping or filling for cupcakes and sponge cakes too.
Use as a dip with a plate of chopped fresh fruit.
